Membership
If you chose the annual membership you will get access to all videos included in this version (Yin Yoga, Meditation, Feminine Archetypes). This option will require Internet connection. You will be able to stream these videos at any time during one year. After one year you will have to renew the subscription.
Downloading videos
If you want to be able to watch a video off line (without internet connection) you can download the video for the mentioned price. The video will be at your disposal at any time and for as long as you wish.
You are not allowed to copy these videos, to distribute them to other users or to make benefit out of these videos in any way!

Before any workout you should stretch to warm up and cool down afterwards. Not warming up, cooling down and stretching properly might result in personal injury. You should avoid alcohol and drugs before practice. Also no heavy meals for two hours before workout. Keep yourself hydrated before during and after your yoga practice.
